Really enjoyed my 4 weeks as part of my duke of edinburghs gold award,got a large group photo which includes shay blythe who famously rowed the atlantic with captain ridgeway.My proudest moment was breaking the 2 man orienteering record along with a young sandhurst officer. I wasnt too keen on the morning jump in the cold lake but survived and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
