Michael Boulton - Eskdale, The Lake District, 1962

Reminded of my Course when my daughter attended a seminar there recently. Visited the centre approx 25 yrs ago while on holiday in the lakes. Memories of the early morning wake up for a run around the lake. Off with the shorts before standing under the waterfall (wimsey?) shorts back on and run like mad back to the dorms with ice forming in the hair. Jumping off a road bridge into icy cold deep water and scrambling to get out. Clearly didn't do me any harm as I'm still here.
