I remember when I became an Instructor at Outward Bound I was so pleased. The history traditions and sense of family were great inspirations along with my contemporary instructors at the time. I have now moved on as a freelance instructor but the "compass rose" and its ethos are still with me during my job now. To many great memories but I am sure I will share them with you when we have a family gathering?
