75th Celebration of Outward Bound at the Royal Geographical Society
On 7 December 2016 over 250 alumni joined us to celebrate 75 years of The Outward Bound Trust.
The event was held at the Royal Geographical Society in London and was hosted by Nick Barrett, The Trust's CEO. Sir Chris Bonington, Deputy Patron of The Trust gave a keynote address which was followed by a short presentation from two students who completed their 19-day Outward Bound Skills For Life Award in 2016.
During the event the audience watched the following short film of Sir Chris climbing the Old Man of Hoy just weeks after his 80th birthday.
We have created a photo album with images from the day that you can view here.
