The job...
As a Course Administrator you’ll be the key go-to person for clients and colleagues at the centre. This role plays a huge part in the customer journey to make sure that all pre-course preparation work for each course delivered at Loch Eil is completed accurately, on time and as required. You’ll deal with a variety of clients (schools, employers, parents), as well as our instructor and hospitality teams.
We will train you in our IT systems, with a big emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics - being able to learn and enjoy using digital systems is a must!
You’ll attend and contribute to relevant centre meetings, as well as Trust wide including a regular ‘Customer Service Course Administrator’ meeting where you will be able to touch base and gain support and best practice from others like you.
In this role you’ll use your customer service skills to the full, so you’ll need to be a great communicator with clients and colleagues, confident in problem solving, love admin work, have great time management skills, and be an excellent team player. It’s a varied, fast paced and rewarding role.
