Employability

Our work has never been more relevant. Young people need confidence, motivation, resilience and communication skills in order to navigate the challenges of the modern world. For many, the move from education to employment is a difficult, demanding transition.

Supporting our programme to tackle the employability skills gap would ensure that more young people in the UK today are armed with the vital behaviours and aptitudes they need to succeed in the workplace.

Mental health and wellbeing

Young people are experiencing mental health concerns more than ever before. In order for them to purposefully contribute towards their education, employment and wider society, they need to believe they have the tenacity to pursue their aspirations and the confidence to develop meaningful relationships. Supporting your local community

This programme enables your company to give back to the local community. We have over 400 schools across the country that are in real need of financial support. We aim to match your support to young people in your business areas, or further still to suitable partner schools.

For our corporate supporters we offer a volunteering opportunity like no other. Employees join a five-day Outward Bound course and mentor the young people through the entire experience. This is a unique opportunity for employees to mentor young people and develop their own leadership and teamwork skills outside of their comfort zone. They leave the course with a host of transferable skills to bring back into the workplace.

By their nature, these programme are bespoke and therefore vary in size and funding required.
